• post a property advert (photos, price, description, area/location and contact details);
• contact an advertiser through the platform;

Passwords and private account information are never publicly displayed. We do not publicly expose your email address or other private account information.

Account and verification information is only accessible to you and to authorised administrators of ZAMKEY PROPERTIES.

Information you provide specifically for advertising — such as property photos, price, description, general area or location, and the advertiser contact details required to respond to enquiries — may be displayed publicly once your advert has been approved.

Phone and WhatsApp numbers are only displayed where they are required for an approved property advert, through the existing Call and WhatsApp contact buttons.

We use your information to operate the platform: to publish approved adverts, to send you notifications about your adverts (approval, expiry reminders and expiry), and to keep the platform safe and free of abuse.

Administrator pages and administrator information are restricted to authorised administrators only. Administrators review and approve or reject adverts.

You can update your name, phone and WhatsApp number at any time on your profile page. You may also request permanent deletion of your account and your data from your profile page.
