ZAMKEY PROPERTIES is a platform that connects property seekers with advertisers. We do not own, sell or rent the properties advertised, we are not an agent for any advertiser, and we do not guarantee property ownership or the accuracy of every listing.

Property owners and advertisers are responsible for ensuring that their listings are truthful, accurate and up to date, and that they have the authority to advertise the property. Misleading, fraudulent or duplicate adverts may be rejected or removed.

Always inspect a property in person and verify ownership or landlord authority before making any property-related payment. Do not send money for a property you have not verified. ZAMKEY PROPERTIES is not responsible for any agreement, payment or dispute between a property seeker and an advertiser.

Advertising on ZAMKEY PROPERTIES is currently offered at no cost. When you submit a property it is placed in Pending Approval and reviewed by our team.

An advert is only published after admin approval. Once approved it stays online indefinitely until you mark it Taken, Sold or Not Available, or an administrator removes or deletes it.

Advertising is not a guarantee of a sale, a tenant, or a particular number of enquiries.

Owners can mark their own approved adverts as Available, Reserved or Taken/Sold. Only administrators can approve, publish or reject adverts.

Keep your account details secure and never share your mobile money PIN or an OTP with anyone — ZAMKEY PROPERTIES will never ask for them. You may request permanent deletion of your account from your profile page. We may suspend or remove accounts and adverts that break these terms.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform means you accept the updated terms.
